The Juniper SSR1500-CHAS powers Juniper’s AI-native SD-WAN solution as a chassis for extra-large data center/campus deployments. Built on a tunnel-free architecture with Secure Vector Routing (SVR), it delivers application-aware routing, Zero Trust security, and high performance up to 50 Gbps unencrypted throughput. Supports SD-WAN, SD-Branch, multicloud, and IoT use cases. Managed via Session Smart Conductor or Mist platform with Marvis AI.
Architecture & Performance
The SSR1500-CHAS features a service-centric control plane and session-aware data plane. Key capabilities include native Zero Trust security, integrated NGFW, IDS/IPS (with Advanced Security Pack), application identification, and analytics.
