1. Shipping Methods
We partner with top-tier carriers including FedEx, UPS, DHL, and specialized freight forwarders for palletized cargo. The shipping method is selected based on weight, destination, and urgency.
2. Incoterms
Unless otherwise agreed in a written contract:
- Standard Orders: CPT (Carriage Paid To) - Destination Airport/Terminal.
- DDP Services: Available upon request for shipments to USA, EU, UK, and Australia. We handle customs and duties for a frictionless delivery.
3. Customs & Import Duties
For non-DDP shipments, the recipient is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import clearance fees. ITMall provides all necessary commercial invoices and packing lists to facilitate clearance.
4. Lead Times
- In-Stock: Ships within 24 hours.
- Backorder: Typically 3-7 business days to our consolidation hub.
- Transit Time: 2-5 days via Air Express globally.
5. Insurance
All shipments are fully insured against loss or damage during transit up to the invoice value. In the event of damage, please notify us within 3 days of receipt.
